Shift Leader (Operation) (m/f)

Responsibilities

• To ensure a trouble free continous and efficient production process by observing the legal and operational rules
• Personnel management of shift-workers
• Documentation of relevant operational processes, participation in the preparation of operational instructions, personnel documents etc.
• Participation in the organisation work and shifts in accordance with the Production Manager
• Disposition of short term emergency measures and coordination of on-call services or of emergency department
• Failure report to the operational manager
• Compliance with high E.ON safety regulatons, standards
• Disposition, coordination and execution of operations on electric system
• Strong corporate identity
• Execution of regular testing( safety and lock tests)
• Management of outage and unavailability situations according to the communication and operation procedure on department and corporate level

Qualifications

• Certified power plant boiler operator (OKJ 5252206) and Certified power plant turbine operator (OKJ 5252207) or according to the old OKJ system Certified power plant unit operator (OKJ 32 5252 05)
• Minimum secondery school with technical specialization (electrical/mechanical/I&C)
• Several years operation experience in a powerplant preferably combined cyle power plants
• Management of workers
• Fluent Hungarian
• Principles process automatization and thermodynamic
• PC Skills, MS Office software
• SAP R3, PM(plant maintenance) - advantage
• Switch Operation Authorization - advantage
• Specific and social competences for leading role
• Flexible and available for alternate shifts
• Good english knowledge - advantage
